We have a range of options available when ordering one of our products.

Click & Collect

If you’re local to our shop in Eccleshall, you can place your order online and then come in to collect the items from us during shop opening hours. The majority of the items on our site are in stock for immediate collection, but some may require ordering from Janome, which can take 24 hours. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you to let you know when it’s ready for collection. However, if you want to know in advance then just call the shop during our opening hours and we can arrange a time with you.

Free Delivery on orders over £200

If you spend over £200 with us, you’ll qualify for free delivery.

Standard UK Delivery

For other orders, we charge £9.95 to deliver sewing machines that cost under £200, or £4.95 for any accessories. This covers delivery throughout the UK, although there may be some exclusions for remote areas. We’ll always let you know before finalising your order if this is the case.
